Amendment XXVIII - The Flame of Liberty

What it Will Do.

We are drafting a comprehensive constitutional amendment designed to address the structural capture of the American political system by concentrated wealth and power. The sections below outline the core reforms the amendment would enact if adopted.

This work is ongoing. Amend America exists to educate the public while refining this framework through careful analysis, public input, and constitutional process.
